Many Army members want to send mail to Tom Hiddleston. However, those who are living abroad are finding it difficult, or impossible to find stamps to be able to include in their fan mail. The agency in charge of fan mail requires you to add some stamps to get Tom Hiddleston fan mail answers. Which is a normal thing to ask regarding the tons of mail that they might be getting. So, they ask the following:
- For all fanmail, autographs and charitable requests, please mark the envelope “FAN MAIL”. Please address your letter for the attention of the actor in question and it will be forwarded on to his/her home address. Note that it is the client’s decision as to whether or not they respond.
- If you would like to request an autograph, please include a stamped addressed envelope using UK postage only.
- Please do not send currency.
There might be a way to get those stamps online through Royal Mail (UK). HOWEVER, we haven’t tried it yet, so we don’t know how well it works. Anyway here is the possibility of it explained.
Royal Mail seems to let you print out the stamps + envelopes, so that you can be faster. Even if you are abroad. Go here. And you’ll see this window. Click on Get Started.
Choose your favourite option: labels, envelopes or papers.
For our example, we’ve chosen envelopes. Choose the envelope that you want to print (there are 3 sizes available). Then click on Continue.
Add your name. We’ve written Loki’s Army for our example. Then, choose your country from the ones available. And then click to enter your address manually.
And write your address. (We’ve written a fictional one for our example). Then click Continue.
You will be directed to another screen. There they’ll ask you to choose the weight of your letter. I guess that fan mail answers with a photo or so might weight around 30 or 44 grams. Choose one of those. Then click Continue.
Choose if you want your letter to be registered (with tracking number) or normal. (We chose normal). Then click Continue.
You will be directed to a screen for review. Check that everything is fine. You can also take a look at the sample (how the whole thing will look). If everything is okay click Add to basket.
Here is the sample we got :p
If you have clicked on add to basket the system will ask you to register/ log in. And of course then to pay.
We haven’t tried it, but it is an option for those who cannot find Royal Mail stamps in their local post offices abroad. It might be an option. If you try it, let us know how it goes!
We hope this information helps.
